I do not regret this little book with tasty and simple recipes. No need to spend a fortune, nor to buy ingredients not found. This is good, and fast. Ex: 4 whole eggs 2 tins of sardines in tomato with juice or other, ratatouille a big box of herbs de provence. The whole is mixed, beaten eggs, crumbled with a fork sardines ect, and baked in a loaf pan 50 minutes at 180 °. A sample entry into cold, it's light, tasty, taste not too pronounced sardines. We can replace them with tuna, diced chicken or other to vary. Pleasantly surprised by this recipe to impress my guests .Joliment present on a bed of salad, cherry tomato for color and cheap. This easily prepared the day before and will keep for several days without worry. That is to eat vegetables to children.
