5.1 TV Rec, Timeshift, pros and cons, the link to the program editor

+ Real 5.1 Dolby recording from C tuner possible, probably competition from LG can not.
+ Timeshift (LG has not) but - Timeshift recording can not be archived.
+ Can with 2TB - work hard disk drive (HDD low) same time, I connected via a USB hub (10 euros) a 500 hard drive (without power supply). On the 2TB are your own files, the small hard drive I use to record TV broadcasts. Both hard drives are displayed with separate names, recognized and run. The hard drive has a switch and we just look for from their own files on. If I make TV recordings I let the great from just that little is powered by the BDD 6900 with current and goes to the recording / reproducing.
+ Comes with all sizes cope
+ Good programming Progr.guide, recording times can be very easily changed manually (accommodate from 2 minutes before 5 minutes longer record). Problems with programming or weekly recording, unlike another review did not occur to me.

- Recordings on this unit (neither computer nor to other BD-D6900 playable). For LG, this is probably, but also without DolbyDigital5.1 tone.
- Channel sorting, numerical sort is possible with equipment as opposed to testimony from computer image, but takes a long time to complete.
- Lower resolution images (digital photos, etc.) can not be zoomed in general, for each image must be set again while looking at the zoom factor.
- With Smart Hub (Internet) he has been 2 X suspended -> Pull mains plug. But it's not so bad for me.

- Even if programmed with Progr.guide when broadcast is longer one has had bad luck (no extra recording like the good old VPS). If you can start recording a little earlier or when previous mission is longer, then the recording is no longer called 'James Bond' but 'Tagesschau', 'Idol' or 'Farmer Wants a Wife'. If you want to archive the recordings, which of course is a bit inconvenient. The names of the recorded programs can namely not be changed.)
- Via Smart Hub may not be accessed services of ARD (Tagesschau etc.) not on the Pro7, Sony on my TV it's not.

Overall a very good device !!! , Have been at Christmas with a certain market for 180 euros on offer.
