to quote my old aunt ...
Echoing the comments "Bichon Triste" ...
I love Gainsbourg, and I like even more Benjamin Biolay, and when I listen to it, except maybe one or two songs, I never think of Gainsbourg. And then I will not hear one related to the other, and if that were the case, it would disturb me greatly to hear the Deputy Gainsbourg, the "how to ..."
As for Julien Doré, but if I imagine he likes Gainsbourg (he also picked up one of his songs, and I also like much this recovery) not a second it makes me think Biolay .
Doré is a bit unusual as music, as words; is it wrong, or insufficiently product? I do not know, at least I like it, not in the same way, not for the same reasons, even if there are probably not the same "depth" than Biolay.
