I am VERY atisfaite by this series of pots-pans De Buyer. Excellent equipment, heavy stainless steel, perfectly conducting heat. Two distinct uses for a single perfectly stackable material. What saves space! Series offers reconditioned purchased, in perfect condition, very well packed, with a VERY significant reduction compared to the "normal" price. One regret: that Amazon does not sell all covers of the series (order placed on a competitor site).
