Issued intensity: 10/10
- We arrive to the part I was most impressed. But what a performance !! I was used to the usual solar battery and charging 0.1 A. Here we have some crazy performances (for the Solar I hear). I got an average of 2A sunny day (13h to 17h) I use an app for intensity measurements but also a multimeter to check the measurements, they are equivalent to 10%.
But of course you tell me ... "What can be loaded with that"
- An iPad or two smartphones simultaneously at full speed if light conditions are optimal. Personally the test was carried out on my window in direct sunlight (17h). Good is relative I live in Saint-Etienne, we would know if it was the "Petit Nice" Rhône-Alpes eh .. Note that in overcast weather, the performance drop obviously, but you can still of tater 1A cloudy.
Compact and Dimensions: 5/5
- Once folded it has the dimensions of an Ipad, 460g is not negligible. So I think the best use is extended trips without access to passenger terminals (cyclo tourism, camping etc). You can combine this product with Powerbank for the simple reason that the intensity variations will have no effect on the load (except the charging time of course) compared to devices that will connect / will disconnect all the time if the sun is leaking.
Compatibility and versatility: 5/5
- Powerbank, no problem I put 6am to charge my Xiaomi 10400. As the sector in good sunlight conditions.
- Ipad 2: 4 hours to charge it in full sun, it's clean.
- IPad mini: 5h during overcast cloudy, not bad 6800mAh account keeping of the beast.
- Smartphone Oneplus: 1:40 FLAWLESS.
- Tomtom GPS: No problem, 45 min
In summary, it seems to me perfectly compatible with most objects.
Design: 4/5
- I put 4/5 to not give full marks to the product, because nothing is perfect. Although here it comes close. They will say they could have put a little more color, just to say something.
CONCLUSION:
Product is a 19.5 / 20 richly deserved ... Pair with an external battery good capacity, and you will have full autonomy during your treks.
