This is an ideal phone for external battery-operated micro-USB port, unfortunately not compatible with the iPhone in its version 2000 mAh. Not compared to Samsung Galaxy Trend Lite, it is a bit wider, but much thinner, shorter and very light, while supporting two complete cycles of phone charging when it is inflated to block (which still takes good good 3 hours). Provided with a cover to protect it and an integrated cable, all for 15 euros, you can not ask for much more.
