What suits me, is the opposite to Lamellos minor groove width, the possible great depth and strength of the dominoes. This I can use the dominoes to many more renovation projects in the house than would be possible with the Lamellos. And so it will be also interesting for a layman. The above strips have long pegged and the result is compelling precisely without that I would have something measured or touched. I only stopped to Domino to check that nothing is milled.
With this a maximum expects this purchase. So now more projects can be tackled. I was not sure if the smaller variant is sufficient for my outdoor projects. After some videos but it soon became clear that the small indeed "many" slots can mill and the dominoes are available as weatherproof version.
Dealing with such a machine is not as easy for a layman like a drill. Mithilfer the many videos on the net, however, arises quickly the necessary understanding. I also recommend to try any required connection previously on wood or board leftovers. But I warn against these videos: Here is addictive! (TS55, MFT, CT17 ...) ;-)
The handling is extremely ergonomic for me. The machine is not exactly lightweight, but they can be mastered through the handles in any situation. But you should already firmly grab and clamp on a stable surface, the workpieces securely. The immersion process during milling is then surprisingly "easy". So Clamp workpiece, set the machine thoroughly, prepare appropriately and hold on tight, turn it on and then dip. Done.
The hardware works extremely robust. The adjustments are very well fixed and the accessories fit. There are a set of inguinal and cross stop, so can all 5mm Dominos milling. As the dominoes are needed that are not going to get anywhere, the best order them.
(The delivery was typical amazon perfectly fine.) I will give full star number.
