not the best in this area

it may be a little regret that I can have with this book, even if it's interesting. it's very nice to do a book on "ask your guides", this may be just a little easier for a medium. I would advise strongly "open to channeling" Sanaya Roman and Duane Parker, who would be more appropriate to help a novice to connect to the guides.
