this disc is presented as a return to the fundamentals of thrash (and not trash, look at the difference in an English dico, see why the "h" is important!) and it is not wrong: there good and even very good in it. the riffs are good, the solos too. the structures of the songs are rich and full of surprises, but this is where the frieze head Machine missteps with the syndrome "... and justice for all". Indeed the excessive length of some pieces somewhat heavier album (but it remains still digestible for titles to incredible lengths). pieces of ten minutes reduced to seven or eight would have been fit-in, but hey, it's still an album master stroke to be welcomed. originality is not the key word (although ...) but the quality is well and truly here and it is already huge for a group who strayed with two dung (the burning red and supercharger) and came back with an unexpected grace through the ashes of empires which was feared that remains unanswered. the blackening confirms the form found by head machine and good omen for the future but they will have to avoid over stretching their future compositions. For this machine head should not hesitate to sort through his riffs and keep in mind that the metal that kills is the metal slamming like a whiplash ...
