I purchased a brand pressure cooker SEB there a few weeks on your website. Faithful to this brand for over 30 years I was doing a joy to cook with this new purchase. After following all the recommendations of the manufacturer of the pressure cooker before cooking, I embarked on the making of a sauce dish. It does takes a few minutes to find out that the bottom of the pressure cooker (supposedly anti adhering) attached and therefore my dish sauce headed for the trash. Also in each tank cleaning my wash water turns black as the old aluminum pressure cookers is that normal? I called the SEB customer service to tell them my troubles with this pressure cooker, I had to share one answer is to monitor the cooking my food. Not very pro right?
