I now train for over a year with this DVD package and it's still fun. Worth of gold that is to train 20 minutes short training that made me many times motivated, although I really did not like. And then there were so fast the 20 minute that I still fast drangehängt the Flat Abs abdominal workout ...
Mostly I use the combination of a 20-minute Express and then the Flat Abs - for me the combination that makes me the most fun. If I was too used to the program, I switch off with the Cardio Party. The other two training I've ever used rarely.
Since I, Merengue & Co also "right" dance salsa with partner, I had the steps with a few exceptions strikes. Someone with no dance experience probably should first hold at the beginning of the introductory DVD until it feels safe. Otherwise geht's about having fun - the steps must not be perfect from the beginning, one can indeed increase slowly.
And - yes - visually it shows what. Despite the short 45 minutes units training is pretty sweaty and therefore effectively. (I train 2x a week)
Technical: every 20 min Express Training is reversed at an intersection for a few seconds, the step, but otherwise an absolutely professional production.
Tip: choose English German instead, the German speaking voices are very annoying.
