These fins are in my opinion only for experienced swimmers.
I myself many years active swimmer in competitive sport.

The fins are heavy and clearly it takes more force than with "normal" large fins.
The fins are perfect really suitable for swimming training, but for normal recreational swimmers likely due to the increased power costs.

Otherwise, top workmanship and very good fit
