I have Minecraft been release for the PC and could not really imagine putting on a console, but I have to say very successful. The Craftingrezepte adapted to the controller and so everything goes slightly out of hand. Unfortunately, I am missing a few things (Free Mods, Texturepacks etc.) and as a beginner you are already overwhelmed by simple Redstone circuits. Here I would have liked a little tutorial. Because you can play in splitscreen, is also provided for the multiplayer fun. The world is like randomly generated when PC Minecraft or you can raussuchen Seeds. But the world is not infinite, and it is big enough and you have enough space for various buildings with four people. Unfortunately, you can not adjust the PC as if Creeper explosion damage cause and also the activities of Endermen can not restrict it. Otherwise, the port is well done and I hope that a few new modes appear.
