Easily with CUL-Stick

I've bought the actuator to extend my OpenHAB home automation to the aspect of the heating control. OpenHAB runs on a Raspberry Pi and instead of CCU2 I just use the freely programmable CUL stick of Busware together with the free software Homegear.
The teach and use the thermostat has come easily, a little tricky is the configuration of the items in OpenHAB, but that has nothing to do with the actuator.

Positives:
- Easy Teach at CUL stick
- Easy Installation
- Good pre-configuration

Negatives:
- Automatic detection of open windows by strong temperature drop is (as with most other thermostat) only a fig leaf. Works best when the heating is directly in the draft of the open window. Recognize tilted window -> None.
- Precise Cardinal housing; in our hallway heating of the drive protrudes well into the hallway. Gone Racing Children stay then like to hang it, you can imagine what then happens to the plastic case ...

Overall, however, a solid product without major weaknesses and for the price super functionality.
