Design, processing and sound of Cocoon Sream are all perfectly fine. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the operation. The app for the iPhone (for the iPad there is none) is no longer maintained by Denon, it crashes more frequently, and is - even worse - so unperformant that you wait some minutes until something happens. This is true at least for the reproduction of a NAS (tested with a Synology 1511+ and the media server of the Fritz box). But worst is that has always played when playing a complete album from the Music Server just a title. After the Cocoon stops playing and you have to select the next few days by hand. This makes the product in my eyes especially on the fact that a control with no app is not possible to completely unusable. If the app under iOS 8 no longer work then, one can only dispose of the device yet. Thus, the will have been my first and last product from Denon.
