The 24er from Tefal is a real universal pan for me: very well made, easy to handle and not too heavy (such as the 28er). Clean coating perfectly and easily. And can with the metal handle to keep warm sometimes in the oven. Gratinating I would not, however, the fact that keeps the coating is not enough. Use them for eggs (perfect!), Fish and vegetables. For short gebratetes meat course not recommended. The Thermo Sport protects against overheating (have it measured it) - that you should take seriously, because beyond the 180 degrees transpires such a coating inherently serious toxins. For me, this means not more than "seven" Heat and strictly adhere to it. 'Equal bought Hab more, it fits well with the crowd: Bring variety rather than quantity in the kitchen.
