Advertising better than the performance

I had bought G-Data Internet Security more than half a year ago for a 5 year old laptop (HP, Vista). Kaspersky had expired.
I wanted to support a CD in his hand, the Ruhr with the Bochum company G-Data and the extension for Android I found not bad either.

- The laptop was significantly slower after installing. After 3 months, the downloading of viruses refresher took forever long and disabled the simultaneous surfing. I decided to remove the program, normally via the Win Program Manager. Then the Internet was disturbed.
- Half a year later I wanted to use the miterworbene Android-protection program on a new Samsung tablet. Despite compliance with all specifications, the program has not been activated.
- I did not want to annoying customer service and have therefore written down the program a bad investment. Too Bad .......
