I successfully installed on a Windows 7 64 bit but installing the right driver is not easy, I first thought of a scam because it is cheap and all the tested drivers made sound 5.1 only on 2 speakers Left / Right.
The site touslesdrivers detects as 'C-Media Electronics Inc. CMI8738 / C3DX PCI Audio Device' and it appears that the right driver is currently one of the CMI8770 model.
You can try to use the site for touslesdrivers driver update but the official site [...] proposed directly in the section Support / Download Center (use the Chrome browser if Firefox or IE will not launch download):
I chose the following version:
CMI8770, Windows 7 RC Build7600, CMI8770 driver for Windows 7, 17.08.42, 2013-10-03
Click on Download and enter email and password cans as user information, unzip the archive and run setup.exe. After a restart the Xear3D application allows to test 6 individual 5.1 channel (Select 6 CH Input in System, and 6 Speakers in Analog Output).
The color-coded sockets: green in green jack jack, jack orange in orange jack, jack black in blue socket,
The Logitech X530 5.1 kit correctly on this card.
Thank you to those who have left comments before me, it allowed me to persevere and finally install the right driver.
