Only for connoisseurs

This device is not is the original from Microsoft and will be delivered from Hong Kong (delivery within a few days and not two weeks as predicted). Meanwhile, I was aware and had ordered separately a "more favorable" version of the wireless receiver, because I already had 2 originals and they both were dead within 1-2 years and I did not want to spend 25 back for an original.

Once installed it works as it should and part did not notice any flaws, the original he has sometimes lost while playing the connection, which is not yet happening here.

The fly in the ointment there during installation.
The supplied driver CD can kloppen directly into the bin. The original driver from the internet did not really want.
What helped was a manual installation of the original driver in Device Manager, Plug-and-play is not so here.

For me it was no problem to get it to work even under Windows 8.1, but is not for everyone.

So who has problems with the installation, here are the steps:

- Open Device Manager (right click on My Computer -> Properties -> Device Manager)
- Right-click on Unknown Device
- "Update Driver" button
- "Browse my computer for driver"
- "From a list of device drivers on my computer"
- Then you're looking in the "Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows"
- Click Next, then comes ne warning if you really want the driver ironing over it
- Click yes
- Have fun
