The Varta Easy Solar is an excellent price for this device. I've put into it two empty 2000mA Eneloop batteries, put the part 12:00 to 16:00 in the sun and then appended my empty Ericsson phone for charging. After 2 hours of charging, the charge indicator of the phone shows abundant at 2/3 load. For emergencies, so that's enough. What is lacking, may be a battery indicator for the battery, but that could not be expected for this price. The solar cells are high-quality, no cheap solar fraction strips like some solar garden lamps. If some other reviewers are not satisfied with the charging power, it is perhaps because that their smartphones have a higher power consumption or at the same time ran the shop on standby.
