To fill the glycogen stores after training as quickly as possible, I use the Malto 95 by Frey Nutrition. Tasteless it can be wonderfully mixed with whey protein. Even with 10g L-glutamine and creatine 5g lumpy nothing.
My rule of thumb is 1 g Malto per 1kg of body weight.
We recommend. And for products Made in Germany I do not mind paying a little more.
