4) Screen protection film has both good transparency, not much more glare than the glass of the iPhone and retransmits the "touch" with very good sensitivity.

Indeed, there is a recess in the thickness of the clip to accommodate the bulge, but not enough !!
Immediate remedy: it was enough to make a concave home button (like the original) instead of convex !! What an idea! In addition, there is no technical obstacle, the thickness of silicone is more than sufficient.

4) Other correctable defect: the valve that protects the sensor is not easy to open, but you get there. By cons, a silicon pin is provided above, to block the "open" and take pictures 2 hands free. But this is insufficient to spur effective blocking: half the time it leaves its housing and the valve closes ... annoying!

5) "trap" for the "silent / vibrate" is deep and narrow button: better to have thin fingers and nails! I can handle it, because in my case, but it is limited ... just like the attachment of the silicone valve which seems fine and fragile ... how many openings stand-t it?

6) for the same remark connector compartment cover "dock", used at least once almost every day: the hinge she held after dozens of openings?

Overall, less than 20 I am very pleased and do not regret my purchase.

AFTER 7 MONTHS OF DAILY USE:

Everything was very well kept, but some prospective defects are confirmed:

1) The sensor protection valve takes less open position and closes unexpectedly: it is not fatal because of all the other benefits, but it's more than penalizing: reviewing absolutely on the next model!

2) the prominent HOME button instead of the "back" s still poses the same problems

3) the granular silicone coating wears the corners and becomes "all smooth" which injures as aesthetics.

4) hinges hold better than expected, and for the clip, which injured my 6 year old daughter in the thigh at 2 times (when I jumped in the arms, iPhone out of the clip) but has not flinch ...

5) against the silicone shell begins to "yawn" a little at positions where it was adjusting to the millimeter ... blame my car mount that compresses the silicone on the sides.

Last but not least, it has saved the life of my iPhone at least 3 times, while the latter shines as the 1st day and was not a trace of wear ...
Finally and for that price I would take 20 the same, especially if Mr GRIFFIN 2-3 corrected easily modifiable defects (valve sensor, home button, ...)
