In a word, one can not describe this soundtrack. It represents the best of what it actually exists on the market at the time. Particularly CD 2 is a listening experience as the original film versions, as well as the lack of Part 1 pieces are represented at it. Especially good downhill me my original film version of "Sparkling Diamonds" and "The show must go on" (which I never liked by Queen). From the outset, one remembers the film and begins the descent of new to the wonderful world of Moulin Rouge. The mix of modern and classical music comes without weaknesses; a better soundtrack you can for this cinematic masterpiece not want.
