I bought this retractable saw there ten years, the blade has broken through my fault, I had to take a new 2 years ago. If the grip has been improved, for against the steel used for the blade has clearly changed, thinner and more flexible. Result, the blade has a greater tendency to get stuck especially when cutting small logs and therefore twists without resuming its rigidity. It's a shame to have once again sacrificed on quality while the concept is great (like others, I carried in a backpack mountain biking and hiking to "open" of course). Often copied, Fiskars remains nonetheless a highly innovative brand that knows how to make "beautiful" simple gardening tools.
