A few weeks ago there were at Aldi-Süd various LED lamps from Müller-Licht
on offer. Since we have all kinds of types of lamps in the house, I have a me
wide assortment bought it and can now compare well:
Among others (see my other reviews, all of which significantly
out better!) I have ten of these Müller Light 5W GU-10 reflectors
40 ° 230lm warm white for several weeks in operation. Replace me in
Hobbykeller 35W halogen reflectors also be referred to as a heater
can.
PRO:
* 5W LED gives halogen 35W towards a considerable
Energy saving.
* Significantly less heat than the halogen spotlights
NEUTRAL:
* The brightness is "OK", which are 35W halogen as compared reasonably
realistic, but the LEDs are but a little less bright.
* The emission cone is much sharper than in the limited halogen lamps.
This can be good or bad depending on the application.
CONTRA:
* Despite the low power LED spotlights are extremely
hot - which is clearly on the longevity.
* Two of the ten lamps were within one minute (!) Dead (the Exchange
at Aldi as always no problem)
* A third lamp sets out every few minutes for a second and are
constantly unpleasant whirring of itself. ..so Quasi also defective.
The average life span is specified with 25.000h. I think that
personally due to the heat development of completely unrealistic!
If the electronic ballast in the base very high-quality components
are installed, these lights keep perhaps 5000 hours.
But after the initial failure rate was so high and the heat development
as high fails, I see no good prognosis for the future.
That's why I can these GU-10 lamps from Müller-light (as opposed
to the other of my valued products of this company) not
Recommend!
