Only by prolonged shaking - which is not exactly the best thing for a camera - and to my mind infinitely long time and a lot of "stomach ache" :-), I got this thing out again. In the second battery, which I had ordered the same thing! Only the original battery is light, the spring pushes it out - no problem. So liegts to the battery and not to my camera. I must admit, I had all my Nikon has always "replica batteries" of different companies and there were never problems with it. But in this case, sadly, I can therefore only advise to use it in a D5300. Have bought at a high price a second original battery and there were no problems with it ....
