Pioufff ... where to start? I was both VERY happy to read this book and both annoyed COMPLETELY ... ^^ Dietitian state, I am interested in nutrition and health very closely. However, I have found that the conventional low calorie diets do not work over time, and that weight loss is not always as important as it should despite compliance TO THE LETTER nutritional recommendations I've seen up and down and across during my training ... I have always been intrigued, and I continue to seek answers. With this book, I could see that most of the "truths" that we instill in our training are false! And most disturbing is that the author "dismantles" all the great principles of nutritions one on one with the greatest simplicity and explains everything in a very clear and precise (many studies to support!) Probably THE NUTRITION BEST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ! READ EMERGENCY!
