This book is perfect for those looking to start with a slow cooker. I have a 3 years and I had shelved for lack of traditional recipes. The greater part of the revenue that we find are Canadian recipes with ingredients that are unknown to me. So I laché the case, but here with this book I have enough to do, I'm already three tried and tested recipes, cooked vegetables, a colombo done by my sister in law and a stew and yes, I would never have dared to do this in a slow cooker. More pchit-pchit the pressure cooker that the passage leaking all the time, my stew cooked all night and it was perfect. I highly recommend this book to lovers of slow cookers. As another person mentioned, too bad there is not more revenue.
