After reading "The prodigious victories of psychology" by the same author, I wanted to read it çi thinking it would be more of the same. Well no, despite a subject identical to the base, I was blown away by Starfish provided by this book, Meandering to the workings of psychology, nothing was left to chance, I have the feeling that I understood a lot of things, although the book does not serve in any way to an analysis, although obviously. Nevertheless it is very interesting to position otherwise face a complex discipline of psychology. A bit like a book on watch we better understand the deep mechanisms of discipline, without being watchmaker, and in our case, without making psychotherapy. Obviously you have to be a little passionate as this can be a bit heavy for one who does not want to "know" I recommend it because not only Pierre Daco is a great writer (and psychologist) but it is a very good book that is readable pleasantly.
