The Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ comes here with 156.4 MB / s read and 155 MB / s when writing on top transfer rates.

Built into a "Xilence Passive Cooling Shroud" Thus it is completely silent at constant consistently low temperature, as if one had a SSD.Es is one of the fastest HDDs that I know.
