I initially worried about the durability, but also after a month in the refrigerator are the jalapenos still just as on the first day. I fill my ever which in a jar from and avail myself of it. Care should be definitely fussy on cleanliness, then hold the jalapenos also long. Never put your fingers into the pot and always go into the pot with absolutely clean cutlery, then nothing happens.
EDIT 05/24/2014:
After the first box was eventually empty had to be the second. The jalapenos are just as good as the first and can be used regularly for cooking. I can only confirm that things are really last forever, as long as they are covered by the Lake and it is not contaminated by any of the above dirt again. If you clean and care works during transfer (glasses boil etc.) have to be on the shelf really not have to worry and can rely in good conscience to large 2.8 kg tin.
