This Moka stove is truly not well made. This means that the plastic parts have manufacturing seams. I imagine after a short time of use-as well as another reviewer before me-tight the knob on the lid dissolves. But in my case I was able to fix this again halfway where I tightened the screw underneath wisely. My guess is that this screw slightly overexcited that a tightening of this screw would bring little. However, I have also acquired a Mokakocher same designs from a no-name company and the benefits of Bialetti- Mokakochers are a more robust valve, a more massive water tank and a thread which holds fewer blades and therefore slightly less edgy and more smoothly. In addition, the handle of Bialetti is slightly better shape so you do not all too quickly comes to the hot metal with the right attitude. A disadvantage of Bialetti much to me that this is very difficult to close. It is many a time before the water from the closure thread does well, -despite intact or even new rubber seal. This situation is certainly due to the less numerous thread fins. It takes a lot of power and the right lever to twist the Bialetti (demolition threat for the two outside plastic parts).
Production volume: two small Espressotässchen or a commercial cup
This Moka stove is NOT suitable for induction.
Conclusion: a comparatively favorable opportunity of entering into the Cooktop Mokazubereiten for one or two people. In the long term, and with frequent use and in the use of induction cookers, it is advisable to invest more money to. It also applies here: 'What you pay is what you get!'
