The BTTF action I found long stretches quite entertaining and varied! A funny adventure game, albeit somewhat good and conventionally ... as if you had always been considered at Telltale, it's not to forfeit with Universal Studios. The puzzles in the game are in any case quite OK ... but for long stretches unoriginal and colorless. In real challenges encountered at most in exceptional cases, and there are not many opportunities for interaction (hot spots), as I would wish it to me by far. Puzzles Technically therefore should not expect too much you look. For the game development probably those engine was used (adapted?) How schom eg Tales of Monkey ICELAND. Who the appearance displeased there who should make no great hopes (for me fits the style, but tastes ...). After all the technical requirements are responsive and the settings can be scale down if necessary.
Despite some criticisms, the feeling of the popular movie series for my taste is quite good transported. Above all, the great orchestral background music (clearly inspired by the film original - even with iconic Original Theme) helps a lot. Telltales house and court musician Jared Emerson-Johnson makes clear once again how versatile and good he is - even in the face of his relatively young age. Well and Christopher Lloyd as a spokesman for the English version (in his signature role :)), is another good reason why this game deserves the name. And actually I have not yet experienced a better BTTF game (but the bar is I think not very high ...). MJ Fox is the way to hear only in the last episode ... but only in a supporting role! It's that time again recommended to try the English speech. The passable German version can among others at least not come up with original dubbing voices ...
The playing time for all BTTF episodes together is likely to lie somewhere estimated around 14 hours (ie, in a good area for Adventures).
Extras (videos, artwork ..) for the game by the way can be downloaded on the official website of Deep Silver (here simply to BACK TO THE FUTURE - THE GAME looking).
CONCLUSION: Back to the Future is a rock-solid PC adaptation of the popular cult series in typical telltale'scher manuscript for my taste. However, the entertaining action stands over some little intoxicating mysteries and the imagination adheres ultimately rather limited. For fans of BTTF and / or Telltale Games, it is most likely still a good business - for other adventure fans, but probably not a revelation. Can you reinziehen anyway, not only in view of the very coherent price / performance ratio. Nice!
