We Bought this item on Amazon.com! When delivered, there was a problem with a damaged part! I contacted Amazon and They solved it immediate! What a great service, what a nice bed! It is beautifull! Price / quality it's very good! I'm a very satisfied buyer on Amazon.com ... The product is like in the describtion!
