Beans do not slip, wet coffee grounds

I actually like the machine.
It's been about six months in my possession, but unfortunately I have to bother since about a month ago with the coffee beans.
The bean container is full, pressing a button on coffee, equipment begins his work and tried to grind the beans, but these do not feed, and it comes to cancel the operation. "Fill beans" appears in the display.
Then you have to fill with your fingers the beans into the passage and push, and if you're lucky, you get the next button a coffee or all repeats. On my machine this is now after each 2nd cup before, and I drink coffee viiieeel!
Property already all coffees etc. attempts. No Change!
Today I've been researching this problem on the Internet, and lo and behold, heaps owner of this or previous machines have the same problem.
Unfortunately, I learned this also the Melitta does not take this problem seriously and customers who frequently Melitta therefore bought because it is a German company, the machine can be virtually out in the cold. The container or mechanism should be changed and replaced as a goodwill gesture.
Here they are not helped because Melitta rather scared his customers!
This has nothing to do with customer service!
I still do not really know what I'm doing. because I would like to get rid of it now!
I'll probably have to send but also because the coffee grounds only very wet fall into the collection container.
Man wants but just a working machine, which must be also mandatory at the price!
