For the story itself I have to say much. Martin is able, like no other show the shades of intrigue and war so fascinating. Each of his characters is multifaceted and his portrayal never black / white. Coupled with his lack of scruples when it comes to let perish characters, which gives an incredibly exciting story.
The quality of the box itself will be much more interesting for most at this point:
-You Is very high quality (as opposed to the more spacious available 5 Volume Box). The individual volumes are printed on better paper than for English-language books available and also the covers are made of firmer Matrial.
-she Is pretty. The covers are appropriately selected, not cluttered, but tastefully. The book title and cover designs are easily stressed. Since the spine are uniformly (as you would expect from a box like this one), the books make wonderful shelf.
-Book 3 (Storm of Swords) and book 5 (Dance of Dragons) are divided due to their size each on two volumes and thus much easier to read, as they are better in the hand.
I can highly recommend this box each who wants to set the number.
