On the subject of wok cooking. I even had to learn that first. Wok Heißmachen (2-3 minutes) is one thing. But then everything richtug prepare the other. But with a little practice you can even make cool dishes for the family / guests on the table.

The coating is still present and it sticks to anything. Stir-frying and make some experiments still fun.

Stir-frying is still fun! It burns to nothing. But you have to maintain the wok. Clean immediately after use and then grease nor the coating regularly with oil.
