absolute scrap with high frustration limit

have ordered the scale and first left for 10 days, then came a battered plastic envelope from England with hineingerotzter goods - the balance was not located in the Blubberfolie and skidded so unprotected in the envelope around. Letter / bill? None, an inexpensive flyer was in it in English - quality check list, no address, nothing. Then the unit: battery inserted .... nothing happens !! Other customers recessions read, new, functioning battery (another two euros away) bought ..... and still nothing, the unit will not make a sound! So we have (the balance 4.95 euros, 3 euros plus shipping costs 2 euros a battery replacement) for round ten euros to get a bag of scrap. Who is it should order here. We were so pissed off (oh, of course, we could send away the part again, but where ??? -> no delivery or return slip, no Rechnng!) What have we done ?? We were so disappointed, angry and furious, so ordered away with the thing, at the Conrad electronics store a new balance and: after three (3 !!!) days in the mailbox, knackevollgeladene battery, decent packaging, as pointed to be inserted and battery : ready for weighing.
