In issue 12/2014 Stiftung Warentest 10 SoundBar and 9 Sound Plates compared and tested the performance of the Sound Plate "sufficient" judged only. A result which unfortunately coincides ultimately with their own experiences. At the time of purchase, however, other sources on the Internet had conveyed a far more positive impression and ultimately led to the purchase. Visually, the 2.1 sound Plate is really very appealing with its black-colored glass plate as housing top. Okay, dieSchmutzanfälligkeit one must therefore not be blamed for her. The comprehensive equipment with ports (four HDMI ports, one optical port and Bluetooth and NFC) raises joy. Other extras include the HDMI audio decoders for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD, along with reception of 4K signals with 60 Hertz. The switchable discrete display operates quietly and is at all times on the current (connection, sound) state the Sound Plate. The learning remote control is absolutely stylish, clearly structured, is excellent in hand, responds easily on every keystroke and is in our opinion a real highlight, the other manufacturers should certainly in terms of functionality and design as their model.
But what use all these technical highlights when the Sound Plate is unable to do that, how it was acquired ??? For days was filed to the settings and tried, always in an effort to adjust to the many available settings for highs and lows a decent sound. But sadly wrong. The ebullient downright enthusiasm comments and tests on the network are not comprehensible to this extensive testing phase. While music and language could be reasonably "hingetrimmt" yet, which then still somehow sounded thin and pointed or tinny, lacking in films but quite formidable momentum. Mind you, it was not about to let the walls bring down !!! But film sound is reproduced absolutely not their profession. From stereo effect hardly a trace, the voices of the actors were in the Lärmbrei barely perceptible, much less differentiated. Although the Sound Plate has been purchased with 199.00 here on Amazon, does not justify the low price, the lack of sound quality. So I'm sorry, but today she goes back. And the search for good sound on ....
