Material that does what it promises, I put 5 stars because I can not see at first glance what is wrong, for use perhaps?

As against the product is displayed "free shipping" and can also be delivered to Belgium, for Belgium BUT delivery is not free (7.99) is not displayed unless the total retail liabilities. I do not understand this attitude of such a serious firm that Amazon.
