My impressions of the KitchenAid Artisan in red

Looking for a suitable food processor KitchenAid Artisan were with me and a Bosch MUM 5 shortlisted. Ultimately, my husband and I decided at short notice due to a good offer for the Kitchen Aid.

Now I can understand why there is such good and on the other so bad reviews for Kitchenaid on one side.
The good reviews are, of course, strongly influenced by the great look of the Kitchenaid, but there are other good reasons for it. The negative reviews put in my opinion, from inflated expectations on the one hand and operating errors on the other.

When I did the first time a yeast dough with the Kitchenaid, I thought so too: whether what is? If you act thus, as described in detail in the user manual (only dry ingredients, then wet and then the remaining flour), the result is a super dough!
(By the way: scrambled eggs is mixed in the Kitchenaid, much better - just as you would often get in hotel :-).)

The Kitchenaid and accessories are easy to clean and the handling is super simple: a lever for replacement of the head, a lever for cruise control. Admittedly, you have the onset of dough hook and co practicing something, but you have it out quickly and it's really easy. Super easy is also mounting the vegetable attachment.

Overall, I find that they also do not take away much space. At first I had some fear that it is too large. In addition, it really makes a very solid and sophisticated look. It is not noisy (of course it is nothing but the sooner you let them work) and also wobbles not around on the countertop, as some reviews say it. Unlike other food processors has the artisan relatively few watts, but it is still very strong and does not seek large. Therefore, I believe and hope that it long time makes us such joy as currently. :-)

In addition to the food processor I have the vegetable attachment. This is really great. It is very creative and conjure up beautiful salads. :-) And frankly I take the vegetables essay also cut the onions - there do not hurt the eyes so much!

Next, I want to buy myself the pasta attachment!
