It had to go fast. My ancient Wolff Campus 1000 had given up the ghost when colliding with an obstacle and I stood there with a finished half grass. So quickly looked in the StiWa Test 04/2012 and bought the winner Gardena at the hardware store. Construction is easy, but this already falls measly thin design of the grip strap and the screw on. There is also no folding function for parking and no height adjustment for the temple. The case is even Bobby Car quality (or is better?). From the test winner Gardena I expected more. In position 1 the Gardena brings significantly more moss etc. out as the Wolff. Perhaps this knife position ranges at Gardena slightly deeper than the Wolff, I have not measured it. At heavily matted places the motor makes a somewhat feeble impression and are clearly in the speed by, but he manages. The scarifying works so well, but a special quality has not to offer the device. What can this tell us? Better first read the reviews on Amazon ..... There's scarifiers which are essentially better evaluation probably rightly so.
