Story:
You assume the role of Commander Shepard, a man who has protected in Mass Effect 1 the universe from the evil Saren. All is calm again. But on the way to an unimportant mission is Shepard's ship, the Normandy, destroyed by a mysterious attacker and Shepard dies in the attack. End.
or not? 2 Years Later her wake as Shepard again. Shepard was regenerated by the organization Ceberus. Why? Ceberus wants to destroy the greatest threat of the universe, those who attacked Shepard's ship, the collectors. But the collectors are not the threat alone. They serve only the true threat the Reapers. That's Apocalypse-like, huge, mechanical beings that all 50,000 years return to all life in the universe to destroy. And to combat these creatures need Ceberus Commander Shepard.
As the game progresses you adopt a team. Each of your team members is interesting and has something to say. In general, the characters in Mass Effect 2 are gestatltet very loving. Each dialogue makes sense.
The Mass Effect universe is very complex and detailed. It reminds me sometimes of the halo, but also and above all to the Star Wars universe. The story is exciting, is super staged and has definitely appealed to me. Sometimes the story is not in sync sound and image sequences, what the atmosphere a little hurt, but all story and presentation in all, at a very high level.
And as well I feel and the interactive comic, where you get told the story of Mass Effect 1 and the most important decisions are made by themselves, to accept this in Mass Effect 2.

Graphics:
For an RPG, the graphics are really terrific. The character models, especially the aliens look, great. The levels are beautifully designed. For that there are 2 so many venues in Mass Effect, the graphics are detailed scary. Nevig only some bugs are sequences where characters disappearing completely into the story at one time or change their mind / body posture abruptly. Nevertheless, the game is a joy to behold and looks on PS3 just a tad bit better than on the 360th
9/10
Gameplay:
As already mentioned, Mass Effect 2 is, in my opinion, primarily no roleplaying.
This is perhaps some sober, for me the mix, however, is perfect. And RPG fans also have some features which can be used to let off steam. And I think any RPG fan will have fun with the action scenes.
Mass Effect 2 is also a very dialogue-biased game. I have conducted any dialogue, because I find the universe so interesting. I've never been bored at Labern. Who wants to dive deep into this universe here definitely the chance.
The missions are quite action-heavy. The levels are usually very linear, the controller class and the level design varied. There are quite a few enemy types, even the weapons are cool. All in all, a very good ME2 3rd person shooter.
Somewhat annoying is the scanning of the planet over time. This must be done by ship, armor, weapons and co. to improve. It scans the planet in the vast universe, to extract raw materials from this planet. This is neither playful sophisticated yet varied. And fun does not do it well. I spent five hours determined during scanning. Despite this stupid element, Mass Effect 2, plays very smoothly and is really fun.

Scope:
My Time 49 hours. As mentioned before, I like the game very well, so I've done every side mission and led almost every dialogue. One can play also determined in 25h by playing, because the main story is relatively short. But there are quite a few side missions, so each team member per 2 emissions, a recruiting mission and loyalty mission. When loyalty mission to help the team member with a personal matter. Such missions Dauren, similar to the recruitment missions, about 30 minutes and are all at a high level. Every now and then you meet the planetary scan on an "anomaly". In these cases, you can land on this planet and complete an approximately 10 minute level.
There are tons of dialogues, a lot of missions and a very large universe. One can read a lot about aliens, Oraganisationen, planets and other menu, many texts are even a read. A multiplayer mode there is not, but that would be overkill.
Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the PS3 version with the three story Dlc's "Kasumi: Stolen Memories", "Overlord" and "hiding the Shadow Broker" appears. And this, the 2-hour missions are super. Especially "Overlord" and "hiding the Shadow Broker" are terrific, in my opinion the two best missions in the game.

Conclusion:
Mass Effect 2 is clearly one of the best games of the PS3. Whether it's an RPG or an action game, the game is awesome. I believe it is also the RPG fans like. And I myself am the best example of that may also like these, the role-playing games would not even normally touch with a pair of pliers. This game is great cinema, an epic story, a great action / RPG. I recommend it to anyone. Missed this does not match!
