This book begins with the physiological aspects of the liver: its role and the reasons to keep healthy. The good and bad foods for the liver are also shown, to finally arrive (in the 2nd part of the book) on the diet strictly speaking. 3 phase 8 weeks in total to detoxify the liver and ultimately keep healthy. 2 weeks of preparation, four weeks of strict diet, then 2 weeks of transition. Simple food, easy recipes, and some stuff like ETA (3cs flax, sunflower and 2cs 1cs almonds reduce powder, keep the refrigerator and sprinkle on any salad, main course or dessert).
I have already implemented some changes such as hummus and simplified apricot jam. I think I can easily do this diet several times a year with a profit for my health. These are life principles to be applied in their lives everyday to hope to stay healthy and live better longer.
The book is a translation from English, with a supplement on good herbs for the liver by Marie-France Muller. An easy book to read and whose application can be done gradually or so suddenly with the 8-week diet.
