The Bremen / Lausanne LP cassette was the first in the long series of outstanding complete recordings of live concerts of Keith Jarrett. They crashed in 1974 like a star in my life. When she appeared, I was in high school, and some friend took flight, as I had forced her to hear this unbelievable good plates in succession. My music history teacher, himself a good pianist could not believe that a single man at the piano so have changing and so insane attacks can improvise well. Jarrett's first solo Concerts-recording is perhaps his best, even if it is not as popular as The Köln Concert (or rather, its addition). Many years later it was CDs, gradually selling well I the plates and put me to CDs, one of the first course, discussed herein double CD. The sound is better than on the LPs, everything was great - BUT: Any Depp at ECM has the first concert shortened. Part 1 will be hidden on the CD (sacrilege for all Jarrett fans!). The music may well be not draufgegangen on the CDs, but then ECM would simply have to put a third silver disc in the box. One suggestion: Maybe yes Toning Rolf Rockstroh Radio Bremen still serve the original tapes and ECM are 2013 out the pits on the 40th anniversary unabridged on CD. But that should not stop anyone from, this box SURE TO BUY!
