I suddenly discovered that the partition on the hard disk has a misalignment (misalignment)! The partition starts from the sector 63, but must start from the sector in 2048. The hard drive is an Advanced Format Hard Disk (4-kiB-sectors) and a proper alignment is a must to get a very good typing speed, because the focus on 63 sectors is extremely unfavorable.
To align the partition correctly, you all data on the hard disk must first save it to another hard disk, in Windows 7 Disk Management to delete the partition and then create a new simple partition. Or you can use Paragon Alignment Tool.
