After a few shaves an outer lamella is broken by the average shear attachment. Namely, where the metal joint is connected with the plastic material of the lamella. The plastic on the blade is thus designed to extremely thin walls and low for me.

Well, I thought, call times Philips Customer Support at. Is still more than one year warranty (not guarantee) on the device! Philips is able to send me such slats already.
Forget it! The Customer Service (free 0800 number, at least some) refers to its Conditions of Use at the Philips website where allegedly the essays and any other removable parts subject to only a guarantee period of 6 months. One gets by a workshop (SC builder, google) a phone number or address. There, the 3-22mm essay 6,99Euro plus shipping costs (depending on 5,65-9,15Euro delivery, Paypal is required 1.50, more than the PP fees).

In this I can with the best will NOT reduce the time to find 6months for the removable parts. Even the customer service could not help me with a repeated call.
It drew attention to the conditions stated above, according to which parts or equipment which are subject to normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
Well, when Philips now says the breaking of the slats after a few use is normal wear .... they say nothing else than that their products are good for nothing!
Thus, no stars and no recommendation!

Amazon had contacted by phone, problem briefly described (design flaws, poor material) with regard to the guarantee, returned, already get the credit after a day and that the purchase price a year ago .... Chapeau and thanks Amazon, Philips never again! I then ordered me by Moser two models here once and once Trendcut ChromStyle, what can I say .... so hair trimmer must be! So my recommendation: Moser !!!
