My impressions:
1. excellent image quality, this is all said.
2. Unsatisfactory autofocus for moving objects (children playing). Furious faster autofocus with slowly moving objects. Anyone who uses the AF tracking of DSLR often, the will have to change. One can get along well but after some acclimatization.
3. I realized only after the purchase, how much I going a viewfinder. Have bought the VF-3, which is grauselig bad. Only with the purchase of a VF-4, I was happy again. (Of course you have to remember that for the price of an E-PM2 and a VF-4 one almost gets an E-M5 with built-in viewfinder - which would have the advantage that you can use the viewfinder and flash, the issue is not here.. In the E-PM2 is true: either the viewfinder or flash What I find unfortunate Especially in strong sunlight, a flash is just important to avoid dark eye sockets)...
4. Have the Panasonic initially bought 20 mm lens to me. Was it in spite of the very good picture quality disappointed because the AF for playing children was just too slow. That changed only through the purchase of high quality Olympus 17mm 1.8. With this lens, the AF is very fast.
5. The deploying mechanism of the kit lens is uncomfortable.
6. A DSLR can remain switched on all day and is always ready to fire without the substantial battery capacity costs. This is not like that. At some point, the camera is off, then you have to turn to take pictures again. Although is not the end, but may be uncomfortable.
7. The touch screen is a nice gimmick. Do not use the time, but can be quite helpful.
Do not regret the purchase. Have the camera initially reluctant to use it because a seeker lacked and the Pana 20 was too slow. Only since I now have a good viewfinder and a fast lens, I use the camera now much more often than my DSLR. The advantage of size and weight is very huge.
I would again be allowed to decide, I would probably buy E-M5 (built viewfinder, flash and viewfinder can be used in parallel, more buttons for direct control). Will my E-PM2 but retain.
