Previously, these tongs were stable. The stainless steel handle passed into the bucket and was coated with the nylon. Thus, the blades be bent even when coarser pack not backwards and could therefore lift heavier roasts from the pan. Today the nylon blade inserted just under control. Is with us still in use.
According to the description Heat resistant to 170 degrees. So not described suitable for steaks on grill like 1-Star rating.
