1) The USB connector is unfortunately only from the thinnest plastic! In the pictures it looked like coated metal. Even with a fingernail and very slight pressure can bend this! You only have the "retraction" of the port and have forgotten some bad luck - and the connection is over. The connector very difficult Likewise fits into any USB port I have tried (notebook and PC - USB 2.0 and 3.0). And most of all: It has NO feeling, if he is already in the slot or even further would purely. (NO "pulled in" and mechanical (gently) Limmitieren as from any other USB device to the case!) And
2.) The housing is not the most stable. However, this is still "ok". Rather disturbing is the fact that the slide mechanism runs only inside of the stick. Ie: through the sticky USB plug (plastic) always needed the mechanism with a finger / thumb "back up" since the slide mechanism is otherwise apparently too weak to be able to insert the stick normally. With a metal plug, this would be 100% sure was not the case. I would strongly recommend a redesign (Lexar - if anyone is reading this).
Conclusion: Nice art - but mechanically completely unsuitable.
Alternatively, the other Lexar series would perhaps still "acceptable". Since cheap and technically equipped the same (apparently).
For example, the S33 series (a "Svivel" version - there occurs at least no problem with the slide mechanism or mechanically such sticks are also getting better).
All in all, can and however I would not recommend the S23 series ...
I hope I could one or the other help with this review.
